(China) – Zhuhai Chimelong Investment and Development wins bid for a tourism land at Hengqin, Zhuhai, China.

With a winning bid of RMB 207,556,630 yuan, the land covers an area of 420,200m2 with a plot ratio of ≤0.8 and a building height restriction of ≤268m above sea level.

Up until now Chimelong has owned the use rights of expansive lands in Hengqin and plans to develop a world-class mega complex tourism resort in the area.

The land is located to the west of roundabout East Rd and north of Chimelong Avenue in Hengqin, Zhuhai.
