(China) – Following an auction for Zhuji Baita Lake Ecological Tourism Resort on February 28, US-based AECOM and UK-based Atkins won the bid for concept planning and design.

Situated near Zhuji Baita Lake Wetland park, the Baita Lake Book of Mountains and Seas theme park project will cover an area of almost 3,000 ha and will include an ecological wetland area, theme park and post-film town.

The Zhuji Baita Lake Ecological Tourism Resort has received co-investment from Film Carnival and Huafeng Investment of more than RMB100bn yuan in order to create a world-class theme park and spread the word of China and tell the country’s story.
